Meet Your Facilitator
Katie Beach of Mojo Leadership Group has over 20 years of experience working with teams and developing leaders. With a diverse background in Division I athletics, healthcare, career services, and economic development, Katie has a unique range of perspectives to draw from while inspiring leaders. As a leadership coach, facilitator and speaker, Katie has a strong ability to create motion and momentum in others. Her high energy engages groups both large and small. Katie thrives in her work by identifying challenges, analyzing symptoms, and strategizing innovative solutions. Katie is able to see complexity and still speak with clarity.
Most recently, Katie has worked with regional and statewide leaders and teams in diverse industries including local governments, technology, K-12 Education, higher education, and SMB’s. Katie has a passion for increasing employee engagement by continuously improving the employee experience.
Katie is a certified executive coach through the Center for Executive Coaching and and has both an undergraduate and master’s degree from East Carolina University. She is Certified in Talent Management from the Institute of Organizational Development. Katie utilizes Everything DiSC®, Gallup CliftonStrengths® along with other resources in her work as a coach and facilitator.
