As part of our partnership with GO Virginia Region 2, we are recruiting two groups of 5-10 non-competing business owners to join our GrowthWheel peer group, led by a certified SBDC GrowthWheel advisor.
Growth (Peer) Groups are designed for you to spend time on your business. You will do a 360 evaluation and get to work improving weak spots with clear actionable steps towards growth, together.
Groups meet monthly, an online platform of tools is provided, and the program (valued at $1,500) is free of charge.
The program is ideal for:
Small business owners with less than $1 million in annual sales
Have been in business for 3+ years
Have hired staff (at least one other than yourself)
