As the founding director of a non-profit childcare center for 15 years, she mastered program leadership, operations, and sustainable business practices. Anna holds a Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University and is a graduate of the EEBC Business Program. Now serving as a Trainer/Consultant at EEBC, Anna merges her deep educational knowledge with practical business leadership to help owners and directors strengthen their acumen and grow high-quality organizations. She is especially passionate about empowering leaders with the tools, confidence, and strategies needed to strengthen their operations so they can continue providing exceptional care and learning experiences for children.

Cindy specializes in training, culture development, adult learning, and business support. With more than 15 years of experience in organizational development, leadership, and workforce training, she supports professionals and growing organizations through strategic planning, operational improvement, and continuous learning initiatives. She holds a master’s degree in HR Administration and Industrial Psychology and has expertise in designing and facilitating professional development, customer service, virtual learning, and coaching experiences for diverse audiences.
