How Does It Work?
Each ROI Group brings together 5–10 noncompeting business owners who meet monthly, in-person, as a dedicated peer advisory cohort.
Meetings are guided by a certified business advisor and provide a structured space to step away from the day-to-day demands of running your business. Members share challenges, explore opportunities, exchange ideas, and gain insight from peers who understand what it means to be responsible for the decisions that move a business forward.

*The New River Valley ROI Group currently has no cost to participate, thanks to funding from GO Virginia Region 2’s Helene Business Recovery Initiative (HBRI). Businesses must be located in the New River Valley region to participate in this group.
The Montgomery County group is offered at no cost, thanks to funding from Montgomery County. It is open to businesses located in the Town of Blacksburg, the Town of Christiansburg and unincorporated areas of Montgomery County.
The Roanoke Valley and specialty focus groups have a $60/participant investment that covers 6 sessions, plus all coursework and GrowthWheel materials.
