To identify your ideal customer, you need to start with any data you’ve gathered about your existing customer demographics.

These items may include:  

  • Age 

  • Race/Ethnicity 

  • Gender 

  • Income Bracket 

  • Geographic Location 

  • Occupation 

If businesses are your main customers some important data to collect may include: 

  • Industry  

  • Location 

  • Number of employees 

  • Budget 

  • Revenue
