What is eVA? eVA is Virginia’s eProcurement portal.

eVA is used by more than 245 state agencies and institutions of higher education and more than 900 local government bodies to announce bidding opportunities, receive quotes, and manage contracts. The Commonwealth of Virginia buys more than $8 billion in goods and services (including construction) each year. Your business can register to find out about these opportunities and be considered during the bidding process.
